Privacy policy
In plain words: what this site collects, what it never sends anywhere, and how you stay in control.

Who we are
Dr. Yousra Doma Dermatology & Laser Clinic: 100 El-Thawra St., 5th floor, Next to Samir bookstore, opposite the Emirates Embassy.
What we collect
Three layers, explained plainly:
Analytics: Google Analytics. Before you choose anything it measures pages without cookies; cookies (and the full profile) start only after you press Accept.
Advertising: the Meta and TikTok advertising pixels. Before you press Accept, Meta's pixel sits in a revoked, silent state and TikTok's script is not even loaded. After Accept they see which pages are viewed and your contact taps (WhatsApp, phone, maps), and they learn that a booking was made, without treatment names and without an amount.
Booking: whatever you type into the Cal.com booking form (your name, contact details, and the time you pick). Cal.com handles that form on the clinic's behalf.
Your quiz answers and the calculator choices are never sent to the advertising platforms, Meta or TikTok. Google Analytics receives which treatments you viewed or chose and the main concern from the quiz, so we can improve the site.
Why
To understand which pages actually help patients, to measure how our ads perform, and to handle your appointment.
Booking details & health data
The symptom quiz and the calculator never send your answers to Meta or TikTok. Google Analytics receives the treatments you viewed or chose and the main concern from the quiz, to improve the site. Your booking details travel through Cal.com only, as the booking itself needs.
Your choice, and taking it back
You can change your mind or withdraw consent at any time: open Cookie settings in the footer, or right here.
